Mind & Identity is a spin-off at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) that brings together, in its EYME (Explore Your Meanings) product line, next-generation solutions based on years of experience in research and in the development of psychological instruments for the assessment of individuals, teams and organizations
Montse Sánchez Povedano is the CEO of Mind & Identity. She was previously founder, CEO and owner of ITA-especialistas en salud mental. ITA developed a network of service providers including 24 interdisciplinary treatment units (psychiatric hospitals, residential centers, day hospitals and ambulatory clinics) distributed throughout Spain
El Dr. Miquel Alabèrnia Segura, co-founder and partner of Mind & Identity, is a postdoctoral researcher and part-time lecturer professor at the UB. In addition to his extensive experience and training in psychotherapy and clinical psychology, he has also participated in the development of psychological evaluation tools for personnel selection such as Randstad DNA and investigated in the prestigious Tepper School of Business in Pittsburgh (PA)
